Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel - Zermatt

the check-in process was a bit slow (but worth the wait! ). the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the fresh pastries! loved the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and the beautiful historic decor. amazing staff! !

Monte rosa boutique is a charming older hotel located in the heart of the town. The staff were kind, and I loved my spacious room. The hotel offers free access to the spa at a nearby five-star hotel, a fantastic perk!

Its location was super in the center of Zermatt. Boutique twin room included central heating, a work desk, and satellite television.

All in all everything was great, had a truly memorable stay by a delightful recent visit. The room was new-fashioned and spacious, enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and great and the location was stunning to up on the Mountain.

The room was spacious and cozy, with comfy linens, made sleeping a dream. I loved the unique cherry stones heat service-super warm! The decor had that charming vintage vibe, really cool. Only downside was I missed the Matterhorn views because of the clouds. But still a nice spot overall!

Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel is a charming place right in the heart of Zermatt. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area perfect for enjoying the views. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially George at the front desk, who gave us great tips for exploring the area and visiting the Matterhorn. Access to the spa at a nearby hotel was a fantastic bonus that added to our stay.

Thank you everyone for a fantastic stay by a delightful recent visit. The location was amazing and the staff was very welcoming during the whole stay! There were a main shopping street and shopping streets around the hotel. Really enjoyed that it was 10 minutes' walk from the train station.

Serenity of the hotel's atmosphere, the quiet efficiency of the staff and the lack of 'flash'. Far superior to many 5 star in the ambiance and general feeling of unobtrusive organisation and efficiency.Only one complaint the size and feshness of the bootroom. Needs better extraction or enlargement.A fine fine hotel though.

I've had a fab stay by a delightful recent visit. The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed the super location very close to Zermatt has on offer, and Monte Rosa. The property was in the center of the city. Had nice dainties at Biner, located next to the venue...

Spacious room, great central location. Wi-Fi signal could be stronger.

The hotel staff is frienly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the middle of Zermatt.

We liked the decoration and furnishings of the hotel and especially the room we had.

We did not eat dinner as we normally only eat a main course and the evening meal was too much for us.

Lovely Experience with Perfect Service!

Room 604 had fine sunset views from the balcony. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch! Each interaction with the staff felt personal. We especially appreciated Joao's help navigating the parade. For breakfast, don't miss the delicious pastries at the onsite café!
